San Remo flats parking area, Stroud Road.

Hazards in the highway:
The entrance to the parking area for the San Remo flats on Stroud Road has no kerbs separating the highway from the pavement on either side. Additionally, the pavement directly in front of the flats is in a state of bumpy unevenness the like of which I have seldom seen elsewhere.
