I sent this to the city council's report page, just before 9am:
I just returned from taking my son to school five minutes ago, at 8:52 approx, to find that my own recycling bin, that had the number '25' decal'd to it, has been switched for a bin that is cracked. Could I have my own bin back? It isn't much to ask that the bin that is taken from outside my house is the one that gets returned to it.
