I've clarified with StreetClub that it is permissable for members to register under their given name, or a screen-name/pseudonym. Some online sites like e-democracy object to the latter, because users may abuse other members under the umbrella of anonymity, but B&Q can 'remove or block troublemakers if the club asks'. At the same time, I'm concerned that some residents will be reluctant to use their real names, fearing subtler forms of abuse, or phishing, so for now, both options should be available. twitter.com/Streetclub |
